1. The mixed glue is not uniform and the flower glue appears
Check whether the air source of black-and-white rubber pump is normal. Generally, the air pressure is about 0.4MPa.
Check whether the pressure of black glue and white glue is balanced. The pressure of white glue is greater than or equal to 7MPa, and that of black glue is greater than or equal to 7MPa.
Check whether the proportion of black and white glue of proportional pump is about 9 to 11:1.
Check whether the mixer is installed correctly and whether it is partially blocked (caused by unclean glue cleaning).
Check whether the pressure of black glue intelligent pressure gauge is normal.
Check whether the black rubber pneumatic switch and solenoid valve operate normally.
2. The glue can't come out
Check whether the air supply pressure is between 0.4 MPa and 0.65Mpa. If the pressure is too low, it will lead to no glue filling and other uncertainties
Check whether the seal not in use function in the edit function menu of the touch screen is turned on.
Check whether the pneumatic switch is blocked.
Check whether the pneumatic switch, magnetic switch and solenoid valve of black and white rubber pump operate normally.
Check whether the pressure gauge on the proportional pump displays alarm, and the normal pressure is 7-35mpa.
Check whether there is pressure in the hydraulic station. If there is no pressure, do the following: clean the proportional relief valve. Check whether the proportional controller is normal.
Whether the white glue can be discharged during cleaning.
Check whether the lower limit switch of proportional pump is on.
3. Scraper alarm
Check whether the position of rubber probe sensor is normal. Check whether the circuit is open.
Whether the air supply pressure is between 0.6 MPa and 0.8 MPa.
Check whether there is glue in the cylinder support rod.
Check whether the cylinder block is damaged.
Whether the hanging board is too close to the glue.
4. Servo abnormal alarm
A810 needs to be reset by the manufacturer.
AC90 check whether the cables (Dongli, feedback and holding brake) from servo motor to driver are damaged.
A910, 710 servo overload. Check whether there is resistance between the servo motor and the joint, and whether the manual can rotate.
5. Inaccurate glass measurement
Whether there is a pause phenomenon when the air line and sealing line undertake the glass. Whether the speed of the first section of the air line and the sealing line is the same.
6. More or less glue
The speed is unusually fast and slow. The scanner failed to detect the center of the aluminum strip.
Black and white glue pressure fluctuates, resulting in unstable amount of glue. Check whether the pressure of the hydraulic station is normal and whether the glue filling action is normal. Check the rubber circuit pressure or blockage.
Whether the glass thickness and aluminum strip thickness are set correctly.
If the upper part of one side is abnormal, please observe whether the leveling of the equipment is good.
The glass is seriously misplaced, which leads to the failure of the glue nozzle to be attached or the failure of the detector to detect.
7. The glue can't be mended
Whether the action time and times of rubber pump are abnormal.
8. Abnormal photoelectric induction
See if there is sunlight or strong light.
9. Abnormal hanging board action
10. The adhesive force is poor. Change the glue. Glue thick, change glue.
Check the distance between the hanging plate and the rubber head.
Check whether the sensing switch of hanging plate cylinder is normal.
11. The setting time is long. Check whether the ratio is appropriate.
